SD Studios M41-A Pulse Rifle Replica
 

This gun was created by SD Studios from a deactivated original Thompson M1A1 machine gun and a Remington 870 shotgun.  This rifle was made from all of the same parts used to make the rifles seen in the movie 'Aliens'.  This rifle was #1 from the first run of 13 guns back in 1996. It was repainted from its original OD Green color to Humbrol Brown Bess and weathered to match the screen used guns.
 

  



 

 

SD/Matsucorp Hybrid M41-B Pulse Rifle Replica
 
M41-B Pulse Rifle as seen at the end of 'Alien3' carried by the Weyland-Yutani Commandos. This gun is similar to my SD Studios gun above but has a few better parts and construction. It's 15lbs of real steel! It features a locking stock, aluminum magazine base, custom made black sling and replica armor piercing caseless ammunition. I also added a real Litton M845 nightvision scope.

Terry English USCM Armor Replica
 

This is an exact replica of the armor Michael Biehn's character 'Hicks' wore in the movie 'Aliens'. It was made by Terry English who made the original armor based on James Cameron's designs back in 1986. It's constructed from hand formed aluminum and painted with the same Humbrol paints used on the originals. This is the centerpiece of my collection.

Terry English Commando Helmet Replica
 

Once again Terry was commissioned to design and create these menacing helmets for the elite Weyland-Yutani commandos that come for Ripley at the end of 'Alien3'. This is an exact reproduction of the helmet, hand made from aluminum by Terry himself.

Full Size Alien Queen Head Replica
 

Full size Alien Queen head reproduced in fiberglass by Bruce Hansing using the original molds. This is definitely the biggest piece in my collection. As you can see in the pictures, it's much bigger than a motorcycle.
 

  

 

 

Full Size Alien Warrior Replica
 

Another great Bruce Hansing piece. This is a full size fiberglass warrior alien from the movie 'Alien Resurrection'.
 

  

  

 

 

Full Size Alien Egg Replica
 

Bruce Hansing full size fiberglass Alien egg from 'Alien Resurrection'. Not many of these eggs were made by Bruce so they are getting extremely hard to find.
 

  

 

 

Screen Used Auriga Shock Rifle
 

This is a screen used hero Shock Rifle used by the marines onboard the Auriga in the movie 'Alien Resurrection'. The rifle was missing the trigger, silencer and clip when I received it so these items are slowly being replaced. The gun is wired to have a cluster of  lights come on inside the grenade/shock opening when the trigger is pulled. I believe this gun was a backup to the gun used to stun Sigourney Weaver when she attacks one of the scientists. This is a solid heavy gun made mostly from machined aluminum.

Fox Stunt/Promo Pulse Rifle
 
This is a background "Rack" Pulse Rifle that was modified for use by Fox as a tour gun for promoting 'Aliens' way back in 86'. You can see it's a first gen fiberglass stunt that had the front overhang cut down and grenade launcher barrel added to look more like the hero rifles. The fiberglass stock was replaced with a metal one with foam back for durability
 
  

 

 

Screen Used Ammo Pouch
 
Screen used ammo pouch worn during the filming of 'Aliens'. Made from green canvas and filled with foam blocks. This is the smaller pouch you see around the waist of most of the Marines in the movie.
 
  

 

 

 

Screen Used Racal Minilite Headset
 
Screen used Racal Minilite headset worn during the filming of 'Aliens'. You can see this type of headset being worn by the major characters all through the movie. I believe this type of headset was also worn by Han and Luke in 'Star Wars'.

Screen Used Motion Tracker Display
 

Original screen from a Motion Tracker used during the filming of 'Aliens'. This prop was made from a Hama slide viewer that had a blinking LED installed for shots when the tracker screen was not on camera. This prop is painted Humbrol Brown Bess just like the Pulse Rifles.
 

  

 

Screen Used Patches
 

Original patches from 'Aliens'. The USCM Screaming Eagle is a screen worn patch although I'm not exactly sure which actor wore it. The other patch was made for the production but never used on screen.
 

  

 

 

USCM Armored Throat Guard
 
This is a really interesting piece in my collection. James Cameron's original design of the USCM armor included a throat guard which Terry English created along with the rest of the armor. After viewing the completed armor, James felt the guards would get in the way for the actors so they were removed. While this is technically not a screen used item, it was made for but not used in the movie. The guard is made from hand formed aluminum.

This is an original 1/6 scale section of a wall from the Hadley's Hope Colony atmosphere processor miniature seen in 'Aliens'.

This is the original screen used ejection seat handle from Ferro's pilot seat.
